Denny Grimes, has over 35 years of residential sales experience and is a respected real estate agent/expert. He runs a 7th Level team in Naples, Florida and a mega-agent expansion office in Fort Myers. From a production standpoint Denny and his team have sold 5,000+ homes totaling over a half-billion dollars in sales volume. Denny is an experienced real estate speaker and Maps BOLD Coach. He is the host of a biweekly TV news segment called “Real Estate Matters” that airs on a CBS affiliate in SW Florida. For the last 22 years Denny has been the keynote speaker at the News-Press Market Watch, which is the largest real estate forecasting event of its kind in the country. Denny’s team is “Powered by The Kristan Cole Network” (KCN) and Denny was just recognized by Keller Williams as having the number one expansion location in GCI in the company.
