Tim Hewlett
TEAM LEADER - KW SUCCESS KELLER WILLIAMS REALTY

Tim is the current CEO/Team Leader of KW Success in Layton, Utah. Before joining KW Success, Tim was the Team Lead of Beach Cities in El Segundo, California. Tim oversaw and ran the coaching, training, mentoring, and recruiting for the 3300 agent Forward Living (kw) offices in Southern California.
Tim’s passions and goals revolve around his big why, which is his family. Any free time he has is spent with his 3 kids and seeing them fulfill their gifts and talents. Creating a life worth living for his family has been an integral part of why he does what he does. Tim lives the common adage, “God, Family, and Country!” His faith and family are a part of everything he does. When Tim is not performing dad duties, you can catch him outside in the mountains, on lakes, or a golf course. He is currently completing his trauma education and integrational therapy to pursue a personal goal of providing higher value to those pained by trauma and troubled past. Tim’s personal struggles along with his own past experiences have created a passion to assist those looking for hope.
Tim has been in the communication and sales industry since his return from an LDS mission to Tokyo, Japan in 2002. On top of speaking fluent Japanese, Tim graduated summa cum laude from ASU in Organizational Leadership with an emphasis in Business. He spent 4 years growing door-to-door sales businesses from 2 cities to 40 states. During that time, Tim enhanced his ability to recruit, train, and educate individuals into becoming better communicators, listeners, and integrity-filled in their approach to building relationships. With the success door to door brought Tim, he turned to real estate in 2005, buying multiple properties and flipping several houses. Following the market crash in 2008, humbled and bruised, he shifted to the corporate world becoming Vice President of Bioforce; a multi-national corporation that had rights to several nutraceutical brands. These brands included endorsements of athletes such as Tom Brady and LaDainian Tomlinson-among other stars and medical professionals. Tim’s experience with sales allowed him to take multiple brands to over 25 countries and became experienced with the FDA, international expansion, manufacturing, retail, and global distribution. The relationships established with manufacturing are still crucial additions to his passive income. He still holds rights and distribution to several products globally; as well as ownership in a GMP certified manufacturer that is still one of the largest nutraceutical manufacturers in the US. In 2010 Tim successfully took supermodel Gisele Bundchen’s skin care line to the global market. In 2011 he created his own business, TD Sports, where he began consulting entities on distribution, financials, sales training, affiliate marketing, and enhancing their own expansion. Some of these entities include the medical field of oral and orthopedic surgical centers, business to consumer retail, business to business distribution, and targeted internet (affiliate) business to consumer campaigns. In April 2020, with the unknown of Covid and the state of the global market, Tim took a role with Keller Williams in Utah County as Team Leader. That first year, KW Westfield hit one billion dollars in volume, and he earned top 3 Team Leader in all of Keller Williams: landing him a spot on Gary Keller’s TL leadership. At the end of 2021 Tim took some time away to spend with his family, but quickly was lured back into the world of Keller Williams. He spent 2022 consulting and meeting with over 120 KW franchises across the US to assist in building recruiting systems, as well as putting productive coaching and models in place. Tim has experienced failure in most ventures that have brought more education that cannot be learned or taught in school. He loves the question, “how long are you willing to fail before you succeed?” Tim’s love and passion has always been teaching and creating “aha” moments for those he is around. Real estate has been a wonderful world to assist agents in learning all the principles outside of just the transaction itself.
