About Your Instructors: Kymber Menkiti and John Morris
President of Keller Williams Capital Properties (KWCP), a brokerage with eight offices across the DC, Maryland, and Virginia region. She is also the Regional Director and Divisional Leader of Keller Williams for the Maryland / DC (MDC) Region where she oversees 4,500+ agents and is the first African American female to hold this position. Kymber also served as the 2020 President of the DC Association of Realtors and was appointed by the mayor to serve on the District of Columbia Arts Commission. She is also a Board Member of Crittenton Services and is the head of the Keller Williams National Social Equity Task Force.
Prior to her roles within KWCP and the Keller Williams MDC Region, Kymber was the President of Sales for The Menkiti Group. Throughout her time with the company, she built a dedicated and passionate team of real estate professionals who assist the clients of The Menkiti Group in meeting their real estate goals. Under Kymber’s leadership, the MG Residential Sales Team assisted over 1,000 first-time homebuyers and brokered the sales of over $1B in residential real estate. The MG Residential Sales Team has been recognized internationally as being among the Top 50 teams within the Keller Williams franchise as measured by sales volume.
With exceptional leadership skills and a background in education, John has a passion for education and helping real estate professionals unlock their potential. During his 16 year career in real estate, John has been a Sales Agent, an REO agent, CDPE Certified Short Sale Agent, Technology Coordinator, Technology Ambassador, Director of Training and Technology, Productivity Coach, Trainer, and a Sales Manager. With his wide range of experience, John is a sought after speaker as he can cover several topics in real estate from multiple perspectives and markets.
Currently, John is the Area Director of the KW Maryland DC Region, previously serving as the region’s Technology Director. In addition, he serves as a LABs Advisor, a CHATT Instructor, Technology Consultant to several market centers, is a National Trainer, and is on the KW NorCal/Hawaii Regional Technology Leadership Council.

Full priced registrations cancelled before ten (10) days of the event are refundable, less a $35 cancellation fee plus the cost of materials if they can not be re-sold.
